It’s been a while since I’ve played poker (Texas Hold' :em and 7 Card Stud) so I’d love to take it up again, hosting a poker night that’s stress free because there’s no pot to play for — and I avoid strict gaming rules for nonprofits.

So what is left when you remove money from the table? Strategy, psychology, risk, and the subtle art of reading one another. Sounds like poker, ENLIGHTENMENT-salon style.

Join me for a relaxed poker night in the living room on 10th Street where the stakes are purely social. No buy-ins, no losses—just cards, conversation, and a chance to test your instincts.

Whether you’re a seasoned player or would like to learn the game, all are welcome at the table.

Minimum age is 21. Tickets are $5 to cover the cost of light refreshments provided. BYOB encouraged.
